Lurbin Rodriguez has worked in the industry of alcoholism and chemical dependency for the last 13 years providing executive administrative services for the Caron Renaissance Organization. In her capacity with Caron, she was able to provide her excellent organizational skills to maintain, operate a world-renowned recognized clinical setting. Lurbin demonstrated a strong emphasis around clinical documentation and onboarding new clinicians around the use of various EMR systems.

Lurbin is known as an effective operator who maintained the structure and organizational development for all front of the house clinical settings. Her ability to be bilingual in Spanish and English was an attribute to the many skills she possesses. Therefore, leading TRUST as the Director of Operations was a natural position. As Director of Operations, Lurbin manages the day to day administrative functions within the organization.
