Nathan Garlick is a Community Therapist and advocate who works with individuals, families, and communities to overcome addictions and mental health recovery challenges.
Nathan believes that both addiction and recovery affect the entire family system and community. In order to achieve balanced and long lasting recovery, Nathan understands the impact of ongoing family education, therapy, community support, and follow-up educational services engaging emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Nathan has 15 years of extensive experience working with recovering addicts, families, medical providers, 12step, and their communities throughout the process of recovery.
Nathan is a trained therapist, addictions counselor, and regularly participates/ collaborates with treatment center alumni, aftercare programs, continuing care, families, and community support resources. Nathan holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and is passionate about building empowering community relationships through empathy, compassion, and education.
